International Day of Yoga Satsang

The purpose of Yoga is for our inner well-being. It does not belong to any particular faith or religion. It was passed on to us by the ancient seers for the well-being of humanity. Yoga helps us reconnect with nature and eventually become one with God. - Amma
You are warmly invited to join us for a special satsang in observance of International Yoga Day. Satsang will start with archana at 4pm, followed by a talk on yoga and yoga exercises. The yoga exercises session will be led by MA Center Chicago's Amrita Yoga instructor, Jagruti Patel. This gentle yoga session will besuitable for all ages and levels. The yoga session will be followed by bhajans and arati. A delicious vegetarian meal will be available after satsang.
