Virtual IAM-35 Meditation Course - Swamini Ambikamrita Prana
February 5, 8 am Pacific Time to February 6, 5 pm Pacific Time
A virtual IAM®-35 Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique course will be taught by Swamini Ambikamrita Prana from MA Center, San Ramon.
Swamini is one of Amma’s senior North American monastic disciples. She met Amma in 1987 and helped to establish MA Center, San Ramon.
The remote control of our mind should rest firmly in the palm of our hand. ~ Amma
IAM® is a short and simple approach to meditation that anyone can learn. The technique consists of energizing exercises - yogic postures - followed by meditation. It integrates movement, breath, sound, and visualization.
Peace is not a product of an intellectual exercise. It is an inner blossoming that occurs. ~Amma
Only one who is in total control of their mind can help others to regain control of theirs. This powerful meditation practice is offered to the world by Amma. It emerged from her compassionate meditations on humanity caught up in the seemingly chaotic and fast pace of modern life. It is a balm to the ever active mind striving for peace, clarity, and mindfulness. When practiced with dedication, it is designed to bring integration into our lives - of body, mind, intellect, and heart.
