Earth Day Family Fest 2026 at MA Center Chicago

MA Center Chicago hosted the Earth Day Family Fest on Saturday, April 25th! It was a wonderful celebration of nature, community, and connection. We were honored to welcome people from all over Kane County, and Elburn Village President Jeff Walter and his wife Carrie joined us - a lovely reminder that this event truly belongs to the whole community. Claire Ryan, Kane County Recycling Program Coordinator and Jay Womack, Local environmentalist and Wood Award Recipient delivered educational talks on recycling, trash, composting, upcycling and local land restoration efforts.
The fest included a seed exchange, face painting, family yoga, live music and a pond life walk that reminded us how much wonder lives right in our backyard, and more.
