IAM-35 Meditation Class & Refresher
At Amma’s 50th birthday celebration, the Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® was introduced. Today, tens of thousands of practitioners value IAM technique as one of Amma's greatest gifts. This powerful meditation practice was designed by Amma to reconnect us with our inner Self so that we can experience true peace and joy. When practiced with commitment, it is intended to bring about integration of body, mind and heart.

The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
