Saraswati Puja at MACC

Jan 7, 2018 4:00pm-6:00pm (ended)

Pūja is ritualistic worship of the Divine performed to keep us in harmony with cosmic forces, thereby removing and overcoming the sorrows of life and bringing spiritual upliftment. By doing pūja, thoughts and vibrations of spiritual forces are created around us. These spiritual forces work to eliminate the negative influences in our life and help surround us with positive energy which can bring us peace of mind, material prosperity, and enable us to more clearly touch the Divine, our true nature.

Br. Shantamrita Chaitanya will perform a Saraswati Pūja on Sunday, January 7, 2018 in the Satsang Hall at MA Center Chicago (MACC) from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. This pūja is recommended for sharpening the intelligence and improving memory as Saraswati is the goddess of learning, wisdom, music, and aesthetics.

Sponsorship is $65 per person.

Payment may made through PayPal - Click here or by check made payable to MA CENTER with “Saraswati Puja” in the Memo. Check may be mailed to MACC PUJA, c/o MA Center Chicago, 41W501 Keslinger Road, Elburn, IL 60119.

For questions on this Pūja or to confirm your sponsorship, please email macc.puja@macenters.org with the sponsor’s name and birth star.

Please note that this is a SPONSORED event where participation is limited to sponsors. Close family members of the sponsor and residents of MACC are free to witness the pūja.

Deadline to register is Friday, January 6, 2018.
