IAM-20® Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique

The IAM-20® is a simple combination of gentle movements, pranayama and meditation that takes only 20 minutes a day to practice. The technique is a synthesis of traditional, time-tested methods suited for the current mental conditions, time-constraints and needs of modern people.

2:45-3:00 - Break
3:00-4:30 - Finish learning IAM 20/ IAM20 refresher *(people who have already taken the IAM-20 full class can arrive and join this last part of the class (which has a full run through) as a refresher

- A yoga mat and/or blanket(s) and/or meditation cushion; pretty much whatever you may need for comfort during shivasana (lying face up on the ground) and while seated.
