Virtual IAM® - 20 class
Northern California Regional Virtual IAM® - 20 class, sponsored by MA Center, San Ramon
The remote control of our mind should rest firmly in the palm of our hand. ~ Amma
Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM ® ) is a short and simple approach to meditation, developed by Amma. The technique consists of energizing exercises - yogic postures, followed by meditation. It integrates movement, breath, sound, and visualization. When practiced with dedication, it is designed to bring integration into our lives - of body, mind, intellect and heart.
IAM-20 is a modified version of the original IAM practice. It takes 20 minutes per day.
