Saturday Satsang & Vishu Celebration: in-person

Vishu is a celebration of the connection between man and Nature. Traditionally, Vishu is the time of year when crop seeds are sown. In many parts of India, Vishu marks the start of a new year.
Join us in celebrating Vishu this Saturday. The program will include a talk, Vishu Thaineetam or sapling distribution, bhajans, dancing and a special Vishu dinner via Food From Home.

Prayer list: The prayer list is shown every Saturday before Arati for the community to come together in silent prayer for friends, family and loved ones that are undergoing hardship, illness or just need a special thought. Please submit the names of people to be added to the prayer list by 7:00 PM on Friday at: https://bit.ly/SRPrayerList
Food:
- Prasad and Chai will be available after the program.
- Food From Home will have a special hot dinner box for Vishu with rice, sambar, avial, thoran (vegetable stir fry with coconut), pappad and payasam.
- Pre-order via the Food From Home initiative by Thursday at 10:00 PM for a discounted price of $12 + tax and guaranteed availability. Price will be $16 at the door.

Masks Indoors are optional and a personal preference. We request you to remember that the health and safety of all who wish to attend the program should remain uppermost in our minds and hearts. If you feel at all sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone who tests positive for Covid-19, please do not attend.

If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
