Sunday, June 16, All Day Program: 11:00am - till end of the programProgram update
On Sunday, June 16th, Amma’s 11:00 AM program at the LAX Hilton will be held in the Plaza on Lower Level of the hotel, instead of the usual International Ballroom.
Plese note: The token line will start on the 2nd floor, at the top of the grand staircase which you can access from the lobby of the hotel. Tokens will be given at 9:30 am.
There will be three lines
1) Token Line for First Time Guests

2) Token Line for First Time receiving Darshan this Summer Tour

3) General Seating (those who do not want a token in the a.m., but want a seat in the hall) *Please wait until Lines 1 and 2 have been seated, at which point General Seating will be invited into the hall.
1st day of program will be located downstairs in Plaza ballroom 

Monday, June 17, Morning Program: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Monday, June 17, Evening Program: 7:30pm - till end of the program

Tuesday, June 18, Morning Program: 10:00 am - 3 pm

Tokens
Please plan to arrive at least 90 minutes before the program to receive a token if you would like to have Amma’s embrace. Tokens are free and may be limited by time constraints.

Assisted Darshan
The AD guests will be held on the Plaza level in the foyer. When they arrive they will go straight down to the plaza level and not to the 2nd floor. 

Hotel Registration
Spend as much time with Amma as possible by staying in the program hotel.
We encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible to take advantage of the best rate that we were able to negotiate. When you make your room reservations using the special discount code, AMMA, you not only save money but help reduce tour costs significantly.  There is another large conference at the same time as ours, so rooms are limited and expected to sell out soon. Please make your reservations by Friday, May 31.
