60 lbs of food delivered to downtown food bank
This month, Amma Canada volunteers collected approximately 60 pounds of slightly past-dated non-perishable foods, including canned beans, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, and breakfast cereals. Donations were delivered to Beeton Cupboard Food Bank run out of St Michaels and All Angels Anglican Church in downtown Toronto. The redirection of these donations will serve the local community members and prevent food wastage.
