Happy Earth Day Everyone! Nature has awakened! A sure sign of Spring! We are seeing flowers popping up and trees budding indicating the time has come for us to spring into action. This Saturday, April 26 between 11 AM - 3 PM, weather permitting, lots of help is needed to clean up the veggie garden, thin the trees in the upper orchard, remove the red traps in the lower orchard, tidy up around the beehives, and transport wood chips to the beehive area. Come and help us transform work and fun into one! A light lunch will be provided. Kindly let Pauline know if you will be joining for lunch. Please also remember that our Composting Team is in need of coffee grounds. These are available free of charge from Starbucks, Tim Hortons and Second Cup.
