Amma’s Birthday: A Gift of Love to Children in Need
On the occasion of Amma’s 72nd birthday, AYUDH Toronto joyfully supported Halton Women’s Place, a shelter that offers a safe haven for women who have experienced mental, emotional, sexual, or financial abuse along with their dependent children. As the back-to-school season begins, many families at the shelter are deeply grateful for this heartfelt support. With Amma’s grace and love in our hearts, many Amma families came together to donate school supplies, baby essentials, and monetary contributions for the children in need.
Swami Dayamritananda Puri blessed the donated items, infusing them with his heartfelt prayers and blessings. The prepared donations were then delivered lovingly by Amma Canada volunteers to the Milton location of Halton Women’s Place. We extend our sincere thanks to each one of you who participated wholeheartedly in this beautiful initiative; helping bring joy, comfort, and hope to children and families in need, in celebration of our beloved Amma’s 72nd birthday.
