The C20 Integrated Holistic Health Working Group’s 999 challenge aims to highlight how yoga and meditation can have a major impact on mental health and physical well being. Participants of the challenge have reported experiencing positive changes in their outlook, energy levels and overall sense of well-being. This, in turn, contributes to an atmosphere of peace.
The challenge is to practice 9 rounds of Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation) and 9 minutes of meditation for world peace daily for 9 days. At the end of the challenge, reflect on the impact it has made on your life.
Amma has indicated the goal is to reach as many people around the world through July 27, 2023.
Please register at https://ihhc20.org/999 to receive the instructions to then continue the 9 day challenge on you own.

The daily ashram routine includes archana (chanting of the 108 Names of Amma and the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother), meditation, seva (volunteering or service) and bhajans (devotional singing).
The Santa Fe Satsang meets on Saturday nights, from at 5:00pm-7:30pm in the temple. Arrive by 4:15pm if you would like to chant the 1000 names of Sri Lalita before Satsang begins.
There are many ways to volunteer through the Amma Center of NM. Please email or call us at 505-982-9801 to learn how.
