2:00–3:00 p.m. – Satsang
3:00–5:00 p.m. – Seva
5:00–5:30 p.m. – Prasad
5:30–6:00 p.m. – Clean Up

We deliver meals to homebound adults in Ann Arbor who are frail, medically compromised, or have a disability that limits their shopping or meal preparation abilities.
Volunteers deliver 10-13 meals, taking 1-2 hours to complete a route.
