Fall pear harvest begins
This Saturday, October 12, the Farm Team will be harvesting Fall (Bosc) pears as well as apples (varieties like Wealthy, Liberty and more). In the veggie garden, the focus will be on Fall cleanup. Seva begins at 10:00 AM in the veggie garden, and at 11:00 AM in the orchard. Help is also needed to sort the apples, pack them into boxes, and deliver them to food banks. Everyone is requested to bring their own lunch this Saturday as painting continues in the Satsang Hall. Come enjoy the beautiful fall weather and the farm camaraderie!
