AYUDH is an international youth movement inspired by Amma, dedicated to empowering young people. Our youth work to build a peaceful and sustainable world. We aspire to cultivate universal values of love, compassion, tolerance, unity and respect.

With more than 50+ countries worldwide, 5,000 volunteers, and multiple university-based chapters, projects are tailored to meet the needs of each community.

AYUDH Americas - we have 20+ chapters empowering youth across the Americas to design and launch bold, sustainable-future initiatives.

Our Initiatives

Green Initiatives

Through AYUDH’s environmental programs, youth actively address critical issues like climate change and environmental conservation. Projects include tree planting campaigns, beach clean-ups, establishing community gardens, and leading awareness campaigns on sustainability and responsible living.

Personal Empowerment

AYUDH empowers youth with workshops and training in meditation, mindfulness, effective communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and stress management. These skills prepare youth not just for leadership but also for living balanced, fulfilling lives.

Social Service

AYUDH actively engages in volunteer-driven social initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable populations. Our members participate in food distribution drives, homeless outreach, disaster relief efforts, and elderly care initiatives, directly impacting lives with compassion and empathy.
