Who can practice the IAM Technique?

Anyone over 18 years of age who agrees to practice the technique for 30 minutes a day and guard the secrecy of the teaching can learn. It costs nothing, yet it is as precious as gold! The wisdom of the seers has always been passed on free to earnest disciples. Amma, in her compassion and following that great and ancient tradition, is giving this technique freely. Fees for the courses are only to cover any incidental costs incurred.

Please join us for our next IAM meditation class which will be held on following days:

          
Friday, September 20th, 2019, 7 PM to 9 PM: IAM 35 will be taught and participation is mandatory even if you have already taken IAM 20.

          
Saturday, September 21st,  9 AM to 3 PM: IAM 35

Saturday, September 21st 1:30-3:00 PM Those who wish to take the  IAM Refresher course can join us.

Classes will be held at the MA Center of New England in W. Boylston MA.

For those who are traveling a distance and would like to stay at the center Please contact Vimala at legundrum@gmail.com.  The cost to stay at the center is $35  per night. Feel free to stay for the satsang on Saturday after IAM.
