Mother of Millions

Mother of Millions is a personal glimpse of the 4-day peace prayer commemorating Amma's 50th birthday. The celebration is called Amirtavarsham50 and occurred September 27, 2003 in the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium in Kochi, India.

It begins one and half days before Amritavarsham50 is officially opened and contains interviews and statements of; Amma, Amma's senior disciples, other contributors and visitors. It highlights some of the international cultural programs and a meeting of CEO's presided over by president Dr. A.P. J. Abdul Kalam. Also captured are the Jala Mahasangamam - the covergence of water from rivers and oceans from around the world - a symbol of world peace and unity.

Yoland King (daughter of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.) met Amma in June 2003. She appears throughout this video and describes how she experienced her first meeting with Amma. She compares Amma's teachings to those of her father.
