Spanish IAM-20 Class

Class will be from 3pm to 6pm.
This class will be in the SPANISH LANGUAGE ONLY.
Beginning at 7pm, we will have a social period with coffee, tea, and snacks.
IAM-20 is an easy to do meditation technique given by Amma, a great humanitarian and master of meditation. Amma says the benefits are reduction of stress, improved relationships, increased productivity, and spiritual progress.
You will learn 10 minutes of relaxation exercises and 10 minutes of relaxed concentration.
All are welcome. The course of instruction is free.

Comenzando a las 7 pm, tendremos un periodo social con café, té y bocadillos.

If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
