Seva Saturday, Karthika Puja for Amma’s Birthstar & Satsang Program

A monthly birthday is traditionally observed in India based on the moon's position at the time of birth. Karthikais the Nakshatra - star constellation- in which the moon was transiting at the time of Amma's birth. Therefore, each time the moon returns to this spot in the heavens, approximately every 28 days, is considered to be a day of dedication to Amma and is celebrated by her children around the world.
Your are warmly invited to the M.A. Center, San Ramon on Saturday:
Saturday Seva (Selfless Service): 9:30 am – 4:30 pm, Contact: Seva
Activities include: sorting donated medical supplies for India, helping in the bookstore, gardening & orchard work, and many special projects.
Lunch is provided. Come for any part or all of the day!
Guided IAM Meditation: 3:00 - 4:00 pm, Main House Puja Room, Only for those who have taken the full IAM course.
Archana: 4:30 pm, Amrita Hall, Chanting of the Sri Lalitha Sahasranama, 1,000 Names of the Divine Mother
Satsang program: 5:30 - 8:30 pm: includes the Karthika Puja, a satsang - talk, video of Amma, bhajans - devotional singing, and meditation; followed by a vegetarian dinner

Monday-Saturday: 5 AM

Evening Bhajans
Sunday - Friday: 7 PM
If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
