Saturday at MA Center - Youth IAM Class and Refresher, IAM-20 Class and Diwali Celebration

Make a day of it! Join us in any of the activities or just for the evening program. Diwali celebration and sparklers after dinner, you can bring sweets to share.
- Due to extreme fire danger, the sparklers for Diwali will be used only if it rains on Thursday/Friday.
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
10:00 am - 4:30 pm: Seva (Service projects)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: *Guided IAM Meditation Technique(Main House Puja Room)
4:30 pm: Group chanting 1000 Names of the Divine Mother & 108 Names of Amma
5:30 pm: Break for chai & snack (for a small fee, proceeds benefit Amma’s charities)
6:00 pm - 7:45pm: Satsang (Spiritual talk) or video of Amma, followed by Bhajans & Arati
7:45 pm: Vegetarian dinner (benefits Amma's charitable projects)
IAM® Youth Class and Refresher: 4:30 – 6:00 pm, Main House Puja room
Ages (10-14) and Teens (15-18). A simple meditation technique that helps children achieve a state of inner calm and improves concentration.This class is also a refresher for those who have taken it before. Families are welcome.

IAM®-20 Refresher:

IAM® 20 is a modified version of the original IAM®35 technique that was designed by Amma. This version is carefully and specifically designed for working people and takes 20 minutes a day.

Monday-Saturday: 5 AM

Evening Bhajans
Sunday - Friday: 7 PM
If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
