“The remote control of our mind should rest firmly in the palm of our hand.” - Amma
IAM® is a short and simple approach to meditation developed by Amma that anyone can learn. The technique consists of energizing exercises - yogic postures, followed by meditation. It integrates movement, breath, sound, and visualization. When practiced with dedication, it is designed to bring integration into our lives - of body, mind, intellect and heart. IAM-20 is a modified version of the original IAM practice. It takes 20 minutes per day.
Benefits of Meditation: Research indicates that a short period of daily practice of meditation can effectively lead to reduced stress, increased energy levels and productivity, and improved health and well-being.
Registration
The course is free to attend; however, registration is required. Register here.
A vegetarian lunch will be available at 1:00 pm. Suggested donation is $7 per person. Lunch RSVP is included with registration. Register by Thursday March 19th at 10 pm if you wish to be included for lunch.

The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
