Guru Purnima with Swamiji: in person

Jul 10, 2025 7:30pm-9:30pm

Guru Purnima is traditionally observed as a day dedicated to the Guru, when spiritual aspirants honor and express gratitude to their Guru. This sacred day represents an opportunity to reflect on the connection with the Guru and express reverence and appreciation for having Amma as the spiritual light in our lives. In honor of Guru Purnima this year, a special program at MA Center will include a traditional Guru Paduka Puja, performed by Swami Dayamritananda Puri.

All are welcome to join this special program; an RSVP or pre-registration is not required. For dinner, please RSVP using the link below.

Schedule:

  • Dinner by Donation. RSVP here
  • Guru Paduka Puja performed by Swamiji including Manasa Puja and Amma’s 108 names
  • Bhajans with Swamiji

“Group chanting and prayer is very powerful. It can change anything. The lost harmony of the human mind can be restored only through a selfless attitude supported by prayer, meditation and chanting of mantras.” – Amma
