Ganesha Chaturthi Puja: in-person & virtual

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated as a three-part festival at MA Center. The first event is making your own Ganesh from clay at the Center; second is the Puja for your clay Ganesha; the final event is the Visarjan, The symbolism of the Ganesh immersion ceremony is that all forms are temporary, having both their origin and final destination in the formless Absolute.
We welcome you to be a part of the puja offered to the handmade Ganesh murthis (sacred clay figures) you created on September 9, as we honor Lord Ganesha, who removes obstacles and brings good fortune.
RSVP Required for in-person attendance
Please RSVP to attend the puja in person here by Thursday, September 14th by 10 PM so that we will have the puja supplies ready for you to perform the puja.
Livestream: The puja will be livestreamed on YouTube if you are unable to attend in person.

The three-part Ganesh Chathurthi festival ends on Saturday, September 23, with the Ganesh Visarjan or Immersion as part of the Saturday satsang program that evening.
Masks Indoors are optional and a personal preference. We request you to remember that the health and safety of all who wish to attend the program should remain uppermost in our minds and hearts. If you feel at all sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone who tests positive for Covid-19, please do not attend.

All are welcome to join the ashram residents for daily spiritual practices in the Main House puja room:
Morning Archana
Monday-Saturday: 5 AM
Sunday: 6 AM

Evening Bhajans
Sunday - Friday: 7 PM
If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
