Community Seva Day & Saturday Satsang with Swamiji: in-person

May 31, 2025 9:30am-7:00pm 

Join us for a special day of community building through selfless service. Let’s beautify and upgrade our beloved ashram together. We’ll be tackling big projects and caring for the trees in our orchard (weather permitting). We will provide all tools needed, lunch, snacks, & delicious hot chai. All ages and skills are welcome!

The day will end with a special program with Swamiji that includes satsang and bhajans followed by Arati. Please note the earlier start and end time for the Saturday satsang program in the schedule below.

Schedule:

  • 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM: Seva day, including lunch
  • 3:30 PM: Chai & Hearty Snack Break
  • 4:30 PM - 7PM: Amma’s 108 names, satsang, bhajans, Arati & prasadi with Swamiji

Food:

  • Prasad and Chai will be available after the program.
  • Dinner will  not be served.
  • Please RSVP for lunch by Thursday at 10 pm to help the Kitchen team with planning:

Prayer list: The prayer list is shown every Saturday before Arati for the community to come together in silent prayer for friends, family and loved ones that are undergoing hardship, illness or just need a special thought. Please submit the names of people to be added to the prayer list by 7:00 PM on Friday at: https://bit.ly/SRPrayerList

Monday-Saturday: 5 AM
Sunday: 6 AM

Evening Bhajans

Sunday - Friday: 7 PM
If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

  • Guru Stotram Chanting
  • Bhajans (Devotional singing)
  • Closing prayers and Arati

Directions

The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center,  turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
