Amrita Yoga Class: In-person

(Weekly event) Jan 06, 2024 to Jul 19, 2025 (ended)

Location: Creekside Building

This one hour class begins at 10:00 am.

Join us for an open yoga class with simple, gentle Amrita Yoga postures/asanas. No prior yoga experience or Amrita Yoga training necessary.

“The purpose of Yoga is for our inner well-being. It does not belong to any particular faith or religion. It was passed on to us by the ancient seers for the well-being of humanity. Yoga helps us to reconnect with nature and eventually become one with God.” – Amma

The cost for the one-hour Amrita yoga class is $10 payable by cash or check (made out to MA Center) or Zelle at the door.

We request to be there at least 5 minutes early because class will start on time. If possible, please bring a yoga mat.
For virtual class options and schedule, see here.
