5:00PM - IAM MEDITATION
The IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® (IAM) is a powerful way to reconnect with our real center, our Inner Self, and thereby experience true joy and peace in life. When practiced with dedication,is designed to bring about integration in our lives - an integration of body, mind, intellect and heart. Note: You must complete the IAM Training Course to participate in IAM Group Meditations.
6:00PM - ARCHANA
We chant the 1000 names of the Divine Mother in sanskrit (archana)
Please bring your Archana Books - Sri Lalitha Sahasranama
7:00PM - SATSANG will continue with a Short video of Amma
(from different years & events) and a short reading from her "Awaken Children" books.
After that we chant the peace prayer, followed by a dedication to loved ones in need, the opening prayers, and the 108 names of Amma.
We then sing (bhajans) for about an hour, wave the arati flame, and finally have a brief silent meditation and closing prayers.
A delicious vegetarian pot luck meal will be served afterwards!
