Homa for World Peace & Mother Nature by Swamini

Next event (Yearly): May 2, 2026 7:00am-9:00am

Homa for World Peace and Mother Nature

Swamini Ambikamrita Prana will perform an auspicious Homa (sacred fire ceremony) on Saturday, May 2, starting at 6:30 am, to begin the Spring Renewal Retreat with Swami Dayamritanana Puri at MA Center Chicago.

Homa, or Puja, is ceremonial worship of the Divine, performed to keep us in harmony with cosmic forces, thereby removing and overcoming the sorrows of life and bringing spiritual upliftment. By doing puja, positive spiritual vibrations are created around us.

All are welcome to attend the Homa. The following will be included in the Homa and are available to register for a sankalpa (spiritual resolve) to be made during the homa on your behalf, or for a loved one. Please note that those who register for sankalpa do not need to be present to receive the benefits of the Homa. >>>Click here to register. The deadline to register is Friday, May 1at 9:00 pm CT.

Ganapathy Homa: For positive vibrations in the house, when starting new ventures such as a new job, or generally to remove obstacles. $65

Navagraha Homa: For all nine planets. $250

Pujas for Individual Planets: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu. $35 per planet.
