About IAM Meditation Technique

Created by Amma, the Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM®️) technique is a powerful yet accessible path to lasting joy and inner peace. Designed to integrate the body, mind, intellect, and heart, IAM helps individuals reconnect with their inner center through a seamless blend of gentle yoga, movement, breath, sound, and visualization.

Taught entirely by certified volunteers, the IAM technique is offered free of charge to thousands worldwide. Instruction is available during Amma’s international tours, at her ashram in Amritapuri, through regional programs year-round, and virtually. The technique has also been widely adopted by diverse organizations, with sponsored instruction provided for groups like the Indian Army, Whole Foods, Genentech, and the State University of New York.
