IAM® 35 - Free Class

Kick off new year with this free class that is offered one or two times a year.

The IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a powerful way to reconnect with our real center, our inner Self, and thereby experience true joy and peace in life. With regular practice, this easy to learn combination of simple yoga stretches and meditation provide great benefit, both for ourselves and our world. To register, contact our coordinator for more information.
Schedule will include a lunch break in between. More details to follow.

We deliver meals to homebound adults in Ann Arbor who are frail, medically compromised, or have a disability that limits their shopping or meal preparation abilities.
Volunteers deliver 10-13 meals, taking 1-2 hours to complete a route.
