International Day of Yoga

On International Day of Yoga all the MA Centers are being encouraged to celebrate by coming together and having a special program.

Schedule for MA Center PNW, Seattle

9:00 AM -- Welcome and Opening Prayer

9:15 AM -- Guided IAM (IAM-20 or IAM-35. WhatsApp poll to be sent soon). If you haven't been trained in IAM please arrive at 10:00 AM.

9:50 AM -- Break

10:00 AM -- Amrita Yoga Class for International Day of Yoga

10:30 AM -- Chai Break

10:45 AM --  Walking Meditation

11:15 AM -- Short Bhajan Session ( 20 minutes)

11:35 AM -- Closing Prayers

11:40 AM -- Snacks and Refreshments/ Community Time
