This Northern California Regional Virtual IAM® Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique course is sponsored by MA Center, San Ramon.

IAM® is a short and simple approach to meditation that anyone can learn.  The technique consists of energizing exercises - yogic postures, followed by meditation.  It integrates movement, breath, sound and visualization.

Developed by Amma, IAM is a powerful way to reconnect with our real center, and experience true joy and peace in life. This technique, when practiced with dedication, is designed to bring integration into our lives - of body, mind, intellect and heart.
