One-Day Fall Spiritual Retreat with Br. Dayamrita Chaitanya

As the summer comes to an end and the days get shorter, the falling leaves remind us that it is time to go deeper within ourselves and focus on our spiritual practices. This retreat is led by Br. Dayamrita Chaitanya and is a great opportunity for introspection, meditation and prayers.
This special Saturday Retreat includes:
Yoga, Meditation, Manasa Puja, Bhajans, Scriptural discussions and Question /Answer sessions with Br. Dayamrita Chaitanya, followed by the Karthika Puja Satsang at 5:30pm.
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
7:30 am to 8:30 am – Archana (optional)
8:30 am – Registration/check-in
8:45 am to 9:45 am – Yoga
10:00 am to 1:00 pm – Meditation, Manasa Puja, Bhajans and Scriptural Discussion
1:00 pm to 2:30 pm – Lunch / seva
2:30 pm to 4:00 pm – Discussion and Q/A
4:00 pm – Chai /snacks

All are welcome to join the ashram residents for daily spiritual practices in the Main House puja room:
Morning Archana
Monday-Saturday: 5 AM
Sunday: 6 AM

Evening Bhajans
Sunday - Friday: 7 PM
If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
