Learn Amma’s original IAM meditation technique. If you have wanted to learn this meditation technique, or if you have previously attended the IAM-20 Course and are interested in expanding to the IAM-35 practice, this course is for you!
IAM-35 Weekend Course:
To complete the training you will need to attend both days of the retreat.
- Day I: Saturday, October 11: 9 am - 3 pm PDT (vegetarian lunch available)
- Day II: Sunday, October 12: 9:30 am - 1 pm PDT

All are welcome to join the ashram residents for daily spiritual practices in the Main House puja room:
Morning Archana
Monday-Saturday: 5 AM
Sunday: 6 AM

Sunday - Friday: 7 PM
If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
