Free Amrita Yoga Session for International Yoga Day

In honor of International Yoga Day, a free Amrita Yoga session is being offered in Amrita Hall before the community pre-tour seva day. Join us for this fun half hour celebration! All levels are welcome; no experience is necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
No registration is needed.
Masks Indoors are optional and a personal preference. We request you to remember that the health and safety of all who wish to attend the program should remain uppermost in our minds and hearts. If you feel at all sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone who tests positive for Covid-19, please do not attend.

All are welcome to join the ashram residents for daily spiritual practices in the Main House puja room:
Morning Archana
Monday-Saturday: 5 AM
Sunday: 6 AM

Evening Bhajans
Sunday - Friday: 7 PM
If there is no Saturday program in the temple hall, bhajans are in the Main House at 7 PM.

Directions
The Main House is on the hill above the temple hall. When you arrive at MA Center, turn right and cross over the small bridge. Use the call box on your left just before the outer gate to communicate that you need the gate opened to drive through. Then follow the road past the temple. The road continues on the right next to the temple gate, then curves left up the hill to the Main House. The puja room is just inside the front door to the house.
