This one day retreat offers a special opportunity to deepen our inner connection with Amma. It will include guided meditation, talk, Q & A, and bhajans (spiritual songs) as well as a special cultural presentation.  A home cooked vegetarian lunch will be served during the retreat and a light dinner will be served following the program.

Weather permitting we will celebrate Holi after dinner outside at the Ashram.

10:00-10:30       Welcome Chai and Snacks

10:30-11:15         Manasa Puja (mental worship)

11:15-11:45         Satsang (spiritual talk)

11:45-12:00         Short Break

12:00-12:30         Meditation (sitting)

12:30-1:00           Bhajans

1:00-2:00             Lunch (write your questions for Q & A Session)

2:00-2:30             Cultural Program

2:30-3:30             Question and Answer Session

3:30-4:00             Chai Break

4:00-5:30              Bhajans and Arati

6:00                       Dinner followed by Holi celebration at the Ashram (weather permitting)
