Special event for Kartika

May 16 is Karthika, Amma's monthly birth-star day.

We are honoring this day with a talk by Swarna Iyer followed by bhajans (devotional songs).

Swarna Iyer is a musician in Amma’s musical repertoire. She has had the opportunity to play the keyboard and harmonium for Amma on all of her world tours since 1992, at Amma’s Ashram in Kerala and on the Indian Tours. Swarna met Amma in 1987, at age 13. She completely attributes her musical capabilities to Amma’s inspiration and is extremely grateful to Amma for these precious experiences.
