PNW Embracing the Trees: Blueberry Bush Planting

On the beautiful Saturday afternoon of March 18th in Maltby, WA , around 20 volunteers gathered to plant 108 blueberry bushes on a local satsang member's property. Along with the bush planting, volunteers helped build a fence to protect the blueberries from deer and started a trench that will keep the rabbits at bay. After the hard work everyone soaked up the sunshine while enjoying delicious homemade mint tea and snacks. The property owners have graciously invited the volunteers and local satsang members to come back to enjoy the future blueberry bounty.
