AYUDH New England, in collaboration with M.A. Center New England, came together this holiday season to spread warmth and compassion through a winter outreach benefiting Rosie's Place in Boston. In honor of Amma's 72nd birthday, donations were collected to purchase new winter jackets — resulting in the donation of 72 jackets, a number chosen to lovingly honor Amma's 72 years of selfless service to humanity.
Rosie's Place is an all-women's shelter that supports not only women but also their children, offering vital resources, dignity and hope to those in need. AYUDH New England joined hands with a fellow devotee leading this beautiful initiative, expanding our reach and bringing warmth to many more women and children during the cold winter months.
This collective effort reflects Amma's teachings of compassion, unity and selfless action — a reminder of how love, when put into action, can make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
