About the Community
M.A. Center New England is the hub of spiritual and humanitarian activities inspired by Amma — the world-renowned humanitarian and spiritual teacher — across the Greater Boston area and wider New England. A diverse community drawn from every major religion, ethnicity and tradition, its members come together as one family for spiritual practice and selfless service.
Where We Meet
The Amma New England ashram building is currently closed until further notice. The community, however, remains active — gathering for satsang once a month at devotees' homes and borrowed venues around the region, such as Trinity Episcopal Church in Concord, Massachusetts. Service Year-Round
Even without a fixed home, the New England community's seva has never paused. Through the AYUDH youth movement, Bread Seva, Socks for the Homeless, Embracing the Trees and the Circle of Love, volunteers feed the hungry, warm the cold, plant for the future and hold one another in prayer — turning Amma's teachings into steady, practical love.
