Amrita Bala Kendra (ABK) is Amma's children's program — an educational framework designed to help young people grow into conscientious, compassionate members of society, grounded in Amma's teachings. Through fun, engaging activities — stories, games, music, and arts and crafts — the children explore a variety of spiritual topics and learn to bring universal human values into daily life.
