Thanksgiving Online Retreat

Nov 28, 2020 7:00pm to Nov 29, 2020 9:30pm (ended)

An online retreat with Amma's North American disciples

This online spiritual retreat, led by Swami Dayamritananda Puri, Swami Shantamritananda Puri, and Br. Ramanandamrita Chaitanya (photo above, taken pre-pandemic), provides time to reflect on cultivating Gratitude even during difficult times. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to deepen our inner connection with Amma, especially when we are not able to be in her physical presence. The retreat will begin on Saturday at 7:00 PM EST with a welcome talk by Amma’s disciples, followed by devotional singing and meditation.

On Sunday, you will have a choice of following either the West Coast Schedule (7:00 AM to 6:30 PM PST) or the East Coast Schedule (8:00 AM to 9:30 PM EST). Participants of both programs will join together for special live sessions with Amma’s disciples. Both schedules will begin with early morning Amrita Yoga, followed by Archana (Thousand Names of the Divine Mother), and will include special classes, spiritual discourse, meditation, devotional singing, and more.

This special program will culminate with a Karthika Puja Ceremony in honour of Amma's birth star on Sunday from 7:00 - 9:30 PM EST, via YouTube, that will be open to all. No registration required.

If you have an Amma Live account, you may use the same email address and password to sign in to register for the retreat.

Cost is $65 USD. If the price is prohibitive, please email events@amma.org to request financial accommodation. If you have questions, please contact: events@amma.org
