A Day of Selfless Service

"In this age of selfishness, selfless service is the only soap that truly purifies." ~ Amma

Lend a hand for an hour or two or for the whole day, spring cleaning the ashram and grounds! All are welcome! Indoors or out, there will be a suitable task for everyone, as well as a delicious potluck lunch.

Indoor seva tasks include:

  • Cleaning and organizing Veggie Sales Table area
  • Washing windows in Satsang Hall
  • Organizing altar supplies and sarees at the back of the Satsang Hall
  • Cleaning and organizing area around big freezer
  • Cleaning upstairs and downstairs bathrooms in Satsang Hall

There will also be plenty of activities at the farm for those who enjoy working outdoors! Outdoor seva tasks include:

  • Weeding in veggie garden and flower gardens
  • Planting in the flower garden
  • Cutting the grass in the orchard
  • Mulching & pruning in the orchard
  • Cleaning and organizing beekeeping equipment
