Guided IAM-35 Meditation Session
An in-person IAM-35 guided meditation session will take place on Saturday, May 10 from 4:05-5:00 PM at the ashram. This session is only for those who have taken the IAM-35 course in the past. Please note that the session begins at 4:05 PM. If you would like to participate, please email ammatoronto@ammagroups.org prior to joining the session.
Pandemic Safety Measures
- All attendees must observe these Updated Guidelines for In-Person Satsangs.
- If you feel sick, have a fever, test Covid-19 positive, or have been exposed to anyone who tests positive for Covid-19, you should not attend the in-person satsang.
