Learn to make Barfi, a delicious Indian sweet
AYUDH Toronto is excited to announce cooking classes starting on Saturday, March 28, 2026. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity to explore cooking as both an art and a science while learning a variety of dishes in a fun and engaging environment.
Time: 10:45 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Amma Canada Centre , 9158 Trafalgar Rd, Georgetown
Session led by: Savitha Ananth
Cost: Free, with lunch included
In this first session, lead by Savitha Ananth, participants will learn to make barfi, a delicious and popular Indian sweet perfect for festive occasions and loved by all! The session is FREE and includes a delicious lunch. The only requirement is a willingness to use these skills in the future to prepare dishes for fundraising in support of Amma Canada. Let’s come together as an Amma family, connect, have fun, and build valuable life skills!
