Amrita Yoga Session for International Day of Yoga

International Day of Yoga — Special Amrita Yoga Session
In celebration of the 12th International Day of Yoga, AYUDH warmly invites you to a special Amrita Yoga session - a practice to reconnect with the breath, the body, and the stillness within, led by Amrita Yoga instructor, Neelima. The session is free of cost. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, all are welcome! Come as you are, leave lighter, calmer, and more centered. Let's come together as a community to honor this ancient gift of yoga, in the spirit of unity and inner peace.
What to Expect
- Gentle asana flow
- Relaxation to soothe body and mind
- Warm AYUDH community vibes
- The session will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive by 2:50 PM to allow yourself some time to settle.
What to Bring
- Please bring a yoga mat, if possible
- Wear comfortable clothing so that you can easily move and follow the instructions
