International Day of Yoga — Special Amrita Yoga Session


To celebrate this global day of unity and well-being, AYUDH Toronto is hosting a free, beginner-friendly Amrita Yoga class in the Satsang Hall, just before our monthly satsang. The class will be led by Neelima, a certified Amrita Yoga Instructor. To learn more about Amrita Yoga, please visit their website. The session will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Please arrive by 3:20 PM to allow some time for yourself to settle.

What to Expect

  • Gentle asana flow
  • Relaxation to soothe body and mind
  • Warm AYUDH community vibes

What to Bring

  • Please bring a yoga mat, if possible 
  • Please wear comfortable clothing so that you can easily move, and follow the instructions
