IAM Course in Albuquerque

(Follow up refresher and review session - Thurs Oct 11, 2018 5:15-7:15pm)
Where: University Heights United Methodist Church located at 2210 Silver Ave, Albuquerque, NM - 87106 (near UNM at the intersection of Silver and Yale)
What: The IAM - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique - is a powerful way to reconnect with our real center, our inner Self, and thereby experience true joy and peace in life. Born out of Amma's divine inspiration, this meditation technique, when practiced with dedication, is designed to bring about integration in our lives - an integration of body, mind, intellect and heart.
The IAM meditation training is taught in a one-day course beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. A two hour review session on Thursday October 11, 2018 from 5:15-7:15pm after this initial training is also a required part of the training. Tea and snacks will be served. There will be a 45 minute break for lunch.
How much: The cost of the course is $20. Limited need-based scholarships are available.

The daily ashram routine includes archana (chanting of the 108 Names of Amma and the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother), meditation, seva (volunteering or service) and bhajans (devotional singing).
The Santa Fe Satsang meets on Saturday nights, from at 5:00pm-7:30pm in the temple. Arrive by 4:15pm if you would like to chant the 1000 names of Sri Lalita before Satsang begins.
