Navaratri Satsang with Swami Dayamritananada Puri October 25th

Sunday October 25th, 2026 - Swami Dayamritananda Puri came to MA Center LA for a Navaratri Satsang. It was a wonderful talk about the Nine Nights of Navaratri and what the ultimate goal is and getting to the end of the 9 days with fasting daily  isn't an easy task  and the meaning of Victory on Vijayadashami. Swamiji Sang some rousing and uplifting Bhajans. At the end of Bhajans devotees lined up on each side of the altar to perform Arati for Amma, with Swamiji and the back up singers singing Arati together. In the very beginning of the program it looked like attendance might be low as we only had we had about 50 devotees but by the time the program ended there was close to 100 in attendance. A prasad Vegetarian dinner was served at the end of the program. MA Center LA's Mothers Kitchen coordinator (Nisha) served up an amazingly delicious Vegetarian meal and for dessert there was an amazing Chocolate Birthday Cake from Costco brought by Arati.   see more on Facebook
