Swamiji's Visit

Swamiji gives profound and inspiring spiritual talks during the programs. Drawing on his decades of close association with Amma, often sharing stories and firsthand incidents from her life - he offers wisdom and guidance on both personal fulfillment and the most pressing matters of our time.

Amma says that in today's world, chanting is an especially effective spiritual practice: "By loud singing, one can overcome other distracting sounds and achieve concentration. Chanting, concentration, meditation—this is the progression." In that spirit, Swamiji leads soul-stirring sessions of devotional singing during the programs.

During the programs, Swamiji leads Amma's daily guided meditations for gaining serenity. These include the MA-OM meditation, using simple mantras synchronized with the breath, and the white flower meditation for world peace — gradually turning the mind inwards to the experience of our own silent presence.

Swamiji also holds interactive Q&A sessions during the programs, offering thoughtful, often light-hearted responses to questions on spirituality and daily life. Rooted in Amma's teachings and his decades alongside her, his answers bring clarity to the challenges we face on and off the spiritual path.

Browse a wide range of gifts from natural cosmetics to books and music by Amma and her disciples. Most products are handmade by Amma’s volunteers at her ashram in India and in centres around the world. Services include jyotish readings, massage, and more. Net proceeds of sales support Amma’s humanitarian initiatives. 

Swamiji's programs are volunteer-run, and there are seva (volunteer) opportunities for anyone who would like to lend a hand. Beyond helping the programs run smoothly, seva is itself a spiritual practice — a simple way to cultivate inner peace and a quiet sense of fulfillment.
